Novartis Novartis: TyraTech entered into a global distribution strategic alliance with Novartis Animal Health, Inc. (NYSE/NVS) to distribute a range of TyraTech's biocide products on a worldwide basis. These biocide products would be used in production animal facilities and premises to control flies, cockroaches and other insects to provide a safe, effective, and environmentally-conscious solution to control insects in animal premises that cause both a health risk and significant economic losses to farmers.
