Appointment of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

TyraTech, Inc. (AIM: TYR and TYRU), a life sciences company focusing on nature-derived insect and parasite control products, announces the appointment of Vincent T. "Vince" Morgus MBA, CPA, as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer effective immediately.
Mr Morgus takes over from Daniel Williams who is retiring following a long and successful career.
Mr Morgus, an American national, earned a BS in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He held positions at firms including Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen before joining Quintiles, USA in 1994, the world's largest provider of biopharmaceutical development and outsourcing services. Mr Morgus spent 16 plus years in senior positions at Quintiles, including Director, Finance, Treasurer, VP, Business Operations Planning and Analysis, Interim Chief Financial Officer (Quintiles, Tokyo), and finally as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development.
More recently, Mr Morgus held the position of Chief Financial Officer with Cornerstone Therapeutics, Inc. a publicly traded speciality pharmaceutical company with approximately 100 employees.
Prior to joining Tyratech, Mr Morgus was Chief Financial Officer with Lulu Press, Inc. a private self-publishing ecommerce company with approximately 80 employees.
