First Shipment of Retail Products

Further to the announcement of 26 September 2012, TyraTech, Inc. (AIM: TYR and TYRU), a natural life sciences company, is pleased to announce that the Company, through its joint venture with AMVAC Chemical Corporation, has delivered its first shipments of its Terminix™-branded household insecticide product line, featuring TyraTech's Nature's Technology™, to a major US national retail chain.
Shayne Wetherall, TyraTech's Vice President of Operations said, "We are very pleased to have made the first delivery of products in the launch of our line of household insect control products. This delivery marks an important milestone for TyraTech.
