Director's Shareholding

TyraTech (AIM:TYR), the pioneer of safer, effective and natural pesticide products, today announces that on 29 September 2007 Rick Brenner, executive Director of the Company, was granted 50,000 common shares of US$0.001 (“Common Shares”). 25,000 of these Common Shares will vest on the first anniversary and the remaining balance on the second anniversary, providing he is still employed by the Company.
At present Mr Brenner does not own any Common Shares in the Company and the 50,000 Common Shares represent 0.2 per cent of the current total issued share capital of TyraTech.
