The TyraTech WasteSolver™ system is placed on a dairy farm to automatically separate sand and solids from manure, wash and de-water the solids, and then treat the solids for 24 hours in the WasteSolver Reactor where heat is naturally generated. The heat treatment is similar to pasteurization, reaching about 140oF. WasteSolver output is clean, free of weed seeds and offensive odor, and is Ideal for dairy bedding and for sale to horticulture and agriculture.

The complete WasteSolver™ system automatically produces exceptionally clean bedding (Natural Bedding™) on the Dairy Farm and reduces labor normally involved with manure management. This clean bedding is more comfortable for cows than traditional sand. Natural Bedding™ can be re-cycled and has exhibited the ability to retain low somatic cell counts on the test farm for more than 12 months.
Our program automatically separates solids and associated nutrients (approximately 19% of Nitrogen and 9% of Phosphorous and Potassium by weight), and allows the farmer to increase herd size and associated milk profit without contracting additional crop land.
With the removal of odors through the pasteurization type process, a major irritant is reduced with the farmer’s neighbors. Community relations improve and since many solids are removed before they reach the lagoon, methane gas creation is avoided. Finally, TyraTech has a program that provides opportunity for the dairy farmer to be paid for the treated material.
